Exemption or modification to Condition 39 of the development consent to allow the proposed small ground floor extension to be built with a timber framed structure to adequately tie into the existing timber framed structure (which connects in the middle of existing rooms) seeing 100% of the existing house floor frame is remaining the same and can not practically be modified in height. A letter has been prepared detailing further information and reasons for supporting the modification.
