The proposal seeks approval to modify a number of conditions of consent requiring the issuing of a Construction Certificate (CC) to ensure each CC can be issued in a timely manner to enable construction to commence as soon as practicable. The intent of the application is to enable efficient approval, construction and operation of the site in accordance with Opal HealthCare’s programmed sequence of works. Opal HealthCare intend to commence site establishment and early works in January 2026.
