All the residential lots (122) plus those super lots numbered part lot 61 and the road intersection as a new lot. 2. The subdivision of the part lots into individual super lots for future subdivision under the new DA's & dedication of the road to connect to O’Connell Street. The superlots to be created will have over 70 dwellings associated with them. and subsequent amendments to conditions.
