This S4.56 will introduce a staging plan in order to identify two (2) key stages with the proposal. 1. All the residential lots (122) plus those super lots numbered part lot 61 and the road intersection as a new lot. 2. The subdivision of the part lots into individual super lots for future subdivision under the new DA's & dedication of the road to connect to O’Connell Street. The superlots to be created will have over 70 dwellings associated with them. and subsequent amendments to conditions.
