Construction and Use of Two Warehouse Buildings (Lot 4C & 4D) at Oakdale West Estate for Warehouse and Distribution Facility and Ancillary Works for two warehouses on Lot 4C & 4D. The proposed S4.55(1A) modification seeks merely to update the vehicles permissible to access Warehouse 4C from B-Double to A-Double and B-Tripple. (The current approval only permits B-Double access. No other changes are proposed to the approved built for, use, GFA, access arrangements, car parking and landscaping.
