The works comprise the remediation of asbestos impact soils, TRH impacted soils, removal of asbestos cement pipes, material comprising the former building footprints and former fuel storage infrastructure. The proposed works are located across the extent of the cleared Site, extending from the northern boundary adjacent to Old Bathurst Road, towards the south western boundary between David Road and the onsite drainage pond.
