The proposed works would comprise the removal of an UPSS and impacted soils from the UPSS area and adjacent drainage culvert to remediate the site to reduce the risk to human health and the environment from the identified total recoverable hydrocarbons (TRH)/benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylenes (BTEX) contamination to the maximum extent practicable (the project).
