We are wishing to modify the approved operating hours which are currently 10am to 12am Monday to Sunday as per condition number 5 in the DA to 10am to 2am Monday to Sunday We feel being local operators for over 5 years with little to no incidents involving the police and using our years of experience in the industry the impact on the surrounding community will be positive for the growing CBD and nighttime economy . We are well versed in the application of correct RSA procedures and alcohol management.
