Under “Conditions of Consent: General” clause 6 states that ”no sale of retail goods shall be conducted from the subject premises, except for the sale of non-alcoholic drinks for the immediate consumption by participants.” We would like this removed as we are applying for a liquor licence and this clause is causing difficulty with our application.
