The proposal is for the existing two storey brick dwelling to be maintained and redeveloped to provide the facilities for 106 children, 18 staffs and a care-takers residence by alteration and addition to the existing structures. The change of use as child care will be in keeping with the existing natural environment, as the built environment impact and intensification of use of land is in keeping with the existing bulk and scale, and the existing building scale.
