I am requesting to pour a concrete slab on the ground, then the pool is craned onto the slab. No construction required. The plumbing and filter is all attached to the fiberglass shell. It is a cash and carry sale. the pool is 6.3 x 3.6 x 1.4 at 24000 litres. This will be above the easement and sewer main. I had a services scanner locate the services, the sewer is 1.4m deep, and the easement is 1.8m deep. I will need to install a perimeter fence though around a pool.
